Start a venue job
Tell us about the venue and what it needs. We'll read it, ask any questions, and send back a written scope and quote. No payment is taken on this site.
What to send us
What to send
A brief starts with four things: the venue, its location, what you need, and roughly when you need it by. "What you need" might be a single piece of work, such as a venue identity, a set of menus or a website build or refresh, or a combination of these along with an AI concierge for the site. There's no fixed format. A few paragraphs, a bulleted list, or an existing document you already have for investors or a landlord all work.
- The venue's name and location
- What kind of venue it is (restaurant, hotel, bar, café, event space) and roughly how many covers or rooms
- What you need built or redesigned
- Any existing identity, menu or site we should see first
- A rough timeline, including any date the work needs to be live by
What happens after you send it
The brief gets read properly before anything is costed. If something in it is unclear, such as which parts of an identity are changing or which pages a site refresh needs to cover, we'll ask rather than guess. Once the scope is clear, you get a written scope and a written quote, so you know what's included, what isn't, and what you'll own at the end of it.
No payment is taken on this site. Nothing is charged until you've agreed the scope and quote, and there's no card form or checkout to work through first.
If you're not sure what you need yet
Some briefs arrive fully formed; others start as "our site is old and our menu doesn't match the room any more." Both are fine starting points. If you want a sense of what's involved before writing anything, the services page sets out what each piece of work covers, and the guides cover the specific decisions, from photography to allergen labelling, that tend to come up during a job.

Every job starts with a written brief, sent to vinrose. Tell us what the venue is, what you need and when it needs to be ready, and we'll reply with what we'd need from you to scope it properly.
